IF YOU CAN’T HANDLE ME AT MY WORST

“If you can’t handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell don’t deserve me at my best.” The whole series grows out of that one sentence — a visual manifesto of the unfiltered soul.

Created together with Anton Kalinichev, it explores the idea that real love and real art both require the same courage: to look at the “monster” and stay. Through five stages of digital deconstruction we strip away the polished surface to find the raw, honest beauty hidden in the shadows.

The monster is not an enemy here. It is the part of the self that was never allowed on camera — and the last collection made hand in hand with Anton in this cycle.

FIVE STAGES OF DECONSTRUCTION

THE UNFILTERED CORE

The baseline of honesty — the self without masks.

The journey begins where every honest portrait begins: with the face that has not yet decided how it wants to be seen.

Fragile, fragmented, unapologetically raw — this is the “worst” that must be witnessed before the “best” can ever be earned.

Aesthetics: bare skin, broken resolution, no retouch of the soul.

Key themes: honesty, exposure, the first admission.

THE DIVINE GLITCH

The flaw as the soul’s true signature.

Here the human form begins to distort. The breakdown is not hidden — it is lit, framed and given grace.

The glitch is not an error; it is the handwriting of a living being inside a system that expects perfection.

Aesthetics: chromatic tearing, displaced scanlines, divine asymmetry.

Key themes: imperfection, grace, the beauty of the fault line.

CHAOS AS A CANVAS

The monster takes its full form.

The mid-point of the series: the internal storm, the turbulence that no filter has ever been able to smooth.

It asks the viewer a direct question — can you still find beauty here, when order is lost and nothing composes itself for you?

Aesthetics: saturated noise, collapsing geometry, emotional overload.

Key themes: turbulence, the storm inside, the test of the witness.

THE ART OF STAYING

The resilience of love — from fear to understanding.

The visual rhythm begins to stabilise. Breath returns to the frame.

This chapter is about the strength it takes to remain present in front of the “monstrous” side of another — the quiet heroism of not leaving.

Aesthetics: slowing motion, warming light, the glitch made tender.

Key themes: resilience, presence, the transition from fear to understanding.

RADICAL INTEGRATION

The monster and the muse finally merge.

The finale. Nothing is amputated, nothing is corrected — everything is taken in.

Total self-acceptance and unconditional love: the shadows do not diminish the light, they give it depth and reality.

Aesthetics: unified palette, whole body, steady gaze.

Key themes: integration, wholeness, radical acceptance.
